ya these dudes blocked me on their facebook page for giving criticism. I was just trying to help the dudes but they got so butthurt. easily one of the most hilarious sounding bands I've ever heard though lol

The mixing isn't exactly high definition, but it seems like that's on purpose to make it sound raw and visceral. The music isn't really on the technical side either, and composition wise it's not necessarily creative, but that's just part of the artistic experience.
These guys are honestly one of the most talented groups I've heard in a while. People on this forum are so damn quick to say something sucks.

everyone who can't afford a decent mix or thinks that shitty production will result in kvlt status and sales is a fucking idiot. there's a certain charm to raw and visceral production, but this particular example lacks any and all passion/truth.

the echo on the vocals is fucking laughable. move on, nothing to see here. the name sucks, the production sucks, the riffs suck, the vocals suck, etc etc

if you want to hear something that's worth its weight while being raw and visceral, listen to the new Sangus release instead of this tomfoolery.

Also, anyone posting NLI with their real name that has the balls to post on this forum while claiming publicly on social media that a lamb of god album is "easily one of the best" of all time... you're just fucking asking to be laughed at.

dr.smash I agree people are damn quick to say something is bad, not saying I am though, I've listened to all their stuff and gave it a chance and even tried to help the dudes out with some constructive criticism. always give bands a chance, they might only have one bad song or something you dont like anyways. but people just get so butthurt when you give whats called helpful honesty though lol I dont know why. the mixing sure as hell is better than alotta other bands out there but its not exactly the mixing that sucks elephant cock, its just the fact they tune so damn low and have such a shitty guitar tone anyways. tuning down like that is just so unnecessary, 8 strings too? givme a break.bottom line is theyre a great band to cheer yourself up to though, gives me a great laugh. if theyre trying to be hilarious then good for them!
