New site? Maybe some day.
More of this needs to be done instead of wearing sardine suits to the next WBC protest. |
could be worse.. could have fuckin Kadahfi as our supreme ruler bombing the shit out of our cities |
Some juicy snippets but the fake call doesn't' seem as damming (in transcript form at least) as people make it out to be. The closest thing is when the gov admits to considering planting "trouble makers". Other than that he just sounds like an ignorant Reagan loving "republican" not particularly evil and tyrannical... |
Although he does clearly want to impress mister "koch" |
worse? imagine trolling Kadahfi and then playing back the phone conversation to your friends. words could not describe the win... |
It's damning in that it lays bare how deep in the Koch's pocket this tool is. |
What's up Kadahfi it's'a your buddy Berlusconi, how are things a'going with'a your little revaolution? |

True, I guess I'm just a bit cynical. It's not really that surprising to me that a politician would want to bend over backwards to buddy up to a rich dude. |
The rich have owned this country even before the revolution all that has changed is the nationality and the level of rights has risen, but as a class we are still far behind the rich in rights. They have more rights because they own the courts, police, and lawyers.
I guess James Connolly of the Easter rising said it best, an English boss is a monster and Irish one even worse, which we could apply to today in saying that a tyrant is evil but even worse is a man pretending to be of the people and representing them for he is harder to fight against.
we can haz global revolutions now? |
If he was so in the Koch's pocket, wouldn't he recognize the dude's voice? |
The fact that he goes out of his way to impress someone he thinks is Koch thats damning. I don\'t think a close personal relationship (close enough to recognize a voice over phone) and being in someones pocket is the same thing. It also suggests this Gov is a bit dimwitted. |
plain and simple, the governor won't budge on the issue, threatens those representatives in the state house who oppose him by withholding paychecks or worse, won't listen to the people, and works for Koch. |
