Right on, it's what I've been running since I got my TP2. I think I need to upgrade to the newest release.

let's see... my issues with the tp2 right now
1) when I open or close it, the screen shuts off and I have to hit the power button twice and then it comes up locked
2) It keeps not charging on USB
3) if I sync it with my computer and unplug it, I have to reboot it for the internet to work again.
4) it takes me minutes to send txts now. even after clearing out all the txt msgs. |

Just make sure you install the carrier-specific roms that you need after you flash. Btw, do you ever suffer the "sleep of death" on your phone? |

All those issues after flashing? Those first 2 sound like hardware problems. #3-did you close out any "internet connection sharing" program? #4-happens to me sometimes too, it's serverside |

I couldn't find any carrier specific cabs out there that was stuff I cared about. I also forgot that I can't flash my rom connected to my my docking station. I have to do it plugged directly to my computer. |

#4 has happened to me after a fresh rom install, which is why I figured the carrier wasn't pushing texts fast enough.
For #3, have you tried turning data off and on again, instead of rebooting? |

I GET THAT ALL THE TIME. I didn't know it had a name. No lights flashing, nothing. And if I don't reboot it and I put it in my pocket, 5 minutes later, it just walks up and warms my pocket. |

I also have the issue where I click
"pick up"
nothing...
click "pick up"
it registers the first "pick up" and then pauses... registers the second "pick up" as a "hang up" and my call is gone.
Also, if I'm in a text and a phone call comes in, I have to close the phone for the screen to change. |

I got the SoD a lot, but haven't gotten it since I wiped out my texts/emails. The community seems to think it's a WM6.5 problem, but no one can say for sure from what I've researched about it. |

Yeah, I have to close my phone to answer as well. I was like wtf at first, because I didn't have to do that on the TP1.
Have you upgraded to Mighty yet or are you still running stock with all these problems? |

6.5.3 also has a taskmanager link in the notification curtain.
How do you change the notification back? I like a message summary and not just "you have a message" or "you have email". oh yeah! from which account! |

Click the windows start button and in the lower left there will be a Lock button, that's how you get to that screen.

I was running out the door and got my right and left confused. The right is the Titanium UI. I think you can get that by merely disabling Sense in the settings.

and you do that how? also how do I get opera to open gmail in mobile view? it keeps openning up the basic html version which doesn't work with opera 9.x |

To disable sense, go to Settings/Today/Items -> uncheck "Sense" and check "Windows default"
Not sure about getting gmail mobile view in opera, I'm sure you can find that on google or ppcgeeks. |

Let me know what it comes with. Dunno about you, but when I got my free upgrade, all I got was the phone, unboxed, with an AC charger. Felt kinda weird about it.

I got it. it feels all new. When I've gotten free upgrades, I think it came in a normal box. when you get refurds you get nothing. |

Then I may have gotten a refurb as well. Doesn't matter, it works just fine. I wish Droid 2 would come out on Sprint. |
