So I finished up the D-Ribose -- currently down about 10-15lbs (239lbs)and very shredded (for me, anyway). I've also been dieting since my cholesterol and sugar are on the high side - chicken, fish and brown rice/wheat pasta mostly. I think the results were good and I would definitely do another cycle when I want to lean out. Good call.

Time to pack some size back on -- just started on this today:

I'll let you know how it is -- I just took about half the recommeded dose and it sure zings you. BIG ARM DAY @ 1PM.

I started using MRI black powder pre workout and MRI war post

for protien, I'm using ON's gold standard 100% pure strawberry

plus a fish oil and green multi vit. sup

I'm seeing good results.

when you start to curve on the ragnorok, I recomend giving the MRI line a shot.

Also, I've had a hard time dieting. everything gets boring to me too quick and it makes me just want to order a large meat cravers from dominos.

for pasta, barilla plus is real good.

try some red yeast rice. great for fiber and cholesterol.

When eating fish, make sure you're eating smaller cold water fish, like hearing. fish oil sups are cheap and beneficial.

Puritans selling all of thier vit. sups buy 1 get 1 free right now. just bought some fish oil and garlic sups from them

http://www.puritan.com/cardiovascular-heal...xs=41C9F1E6E14D4AC6A63EC112F2E24D77

and i've gotten really bored alot of the fish and chicken i've been eating, so I've been using alot of lemons and sometimes limes with my cooking. lemon-marinaded chicken and salmon are great. Alot of different peppers too. puritan sells a rainbow pepper that I've been putting on everything.

nature's promise sells turkey burger patties that I like more then beef burgers at this point. they are good with lemon squeezed over them on wheat.

One thing I've been doing that's kindof wierd but I think you should give it a shot is:

1: cook turkey burger on grill
2: spread un-salted peanut butter(can be found at trader joes), or high protien peanut butter over the top.
3: place in wheat roll
4:???
5: Profit!

it sounds wird, but it's delicious.

Fish oil is concentrated, and seperated from heavy metals like murcury and silver, which is abundant in anything you're going to catch fishing. It doesn't scent your breath, and is ideal for strict workouts.

I find if you refridgerate the fish oil pills, that helps with the aftertaste. I take them every day.

The Black Powder looks brutal -- I shall consider it.

I was up to 190, but after MDF and being sick, I went do to almost 180... an my love handles got bigger so I lost more than whatever in muscle. lame. I've also been unable to motivate more than once a week to the gym. I went tuesday, I'm going to go Friday and sunday.

I'm going to skip the peanut butter turkey burger -- no offense.

the fish down here are ok, still nothing i would eat daily, but the levels of heavy metals are lower out here in the sticks than say, downstream from a major city like worcester. the lake i hit up is fed by a brook that snakes through wales MA and a bunch of freshwater springs

haha I'm telling you, it's not bad.

besides, most of the cheese you buy of the shelf at a grocery store is just about as nutritious as drinking the toilet water in an albanian jail cell.

Also, here's some great gluten-free brown rice pasta -- it actually does taste good -- just don't follow the cooking directions. They tell you to cook it waaaay too long:

Nordic naturals fish oil adds the natural triglyceride baqck into their fish oils which helps with digestion..no burp up. With cholesterol reduction..look for co-q 10 or if your real savvy get pantethine, its a co enzyme a precurser, helps with lipid metabolism-and in turn shreds you, whilst producing more atp and energy all while reducing your hdl levels.
Win.ON makes excellent anabolic proteins. Niccolai is right on there.

Sweet, I'll check out the co-q or pantethine.

I'll keep you posted on the Ragnarok supplement. I took it before a bi/tri push/pull workout yesterday -- it zings you good and the pump lasts long time.
