holy shit, this actually happened in America a couple of years ago. The mother of course didn't survive the forced C-section

Inside Unrated is in stores now. I watched it. Very fucked up yet simple. Good gore. These are the 2 French directors that Clive Barker has directing the Hellraiser remake.
Frontier(s) was goofy. It might've been the shitty subtitles I had for it but overall it was nothing groundbreaking. Decent gore and atmosphere.
If anyone is into Spanish horror find [*rec] and watch it before the US remake comes out. I loved it.
I bought and watched Inside yesterday. Oh man...so fucking good! The French finally found something useful to contribute to society. Heyoooo! There a few small things in the movie that are kind of dumb, but the storyline is awesome, the gore is even better, and it's extremrly disturbing...which means it's the feel good comedy of the year.

nice. That lady with the scissors looks like Death Incarnate
Yeah I felt the ending was not the strong point of High Tension, but I didn't mind it as much. The end of Inside is pretty fucking awesome if you ask me.

I can't wait. I hope the ending is not happy. I want some 'Arlington Road' bad guys win shit!
a fan actually made a versin of high tension without the silly twist ending. i like it all except the ending as well. i need to see inside. mark, hook a brother up.
Mike's borrowing Inside at the moment; he'll probably rip it to his computer tonight and have it ready for your viewing pleasure tomorrow at practice, Sir Maggot.
sweet. if i see teeth anywhere i'll pick it up. i gotta get diary of the dead and the 40th anniversary night of the living dead soon. they come out tuesday.
High Tension was fucking sick! I heard so many bad things about it but I honestly have no clue what was wrong with it.
the deaths in it were awesome, but the ending was so dumb that it threw the whole thing off for me. i mean seriously, that was so horribly written. but i did find the main character cute, especially when she is running around with the gigantic saw.

i'm sure you've heard this, but if not, a friend of mine found an announcement that the original Dawn of the Dead will be released in 3D next year sometime.
Despite the cheese, High Tension was brilliantly done.
My co-worker just gave me a burned copy of Inside and I'm fucking pumped to watch this with a date tonight. HA.
She wants to watch Across the Universe. I say 'nay'.

oh yeah, i was just reading about the 3-D dawn of the dead last night. that should be sick. i am a fan of the 3-D experience. and i havent had a 3-D fix since 1991 with freddy's dead. theyre also making a my bloody valentine re-make in 3-D. i dig the original the new one will probably suck, but it'll be in 3-D, so obviously i'll be there.
haha all the broads are raving about across the universe. when i woke up this morning, and walked into the kitchen, i saw that my brother and his girlfriend had purchased P.S. I love you, last night. i gotta give him shit for that later on haha.
oh yeah, the guy who directed high tension is gonna be directing a 3-D re-make of Piranha. for some reason. anyway once again. 3-D, i'll be there

So, Inside. Fucking rough movie! The French really have their act together when it comes to thrillers.
The woman who plays "The Woman", I would tear that shit up. Gotta love a woman who knows what she wants and just takes it.
After this, I'm going to take a look into french horror/thriller cinema and see what else I can get my hands on.
I'm still waiting for Korea's "The Machine Girl" to hit the shelves in the states!
There's a german zombie movie about ressurected nazi corpses at the D-Day beach(the name is evading me) that I need to find too!
pure fucking atmosphere, Hitchcockian tension, and what I like about horror -- good fight, but ultimately, HOPELESSNESS. And with a great deal of terrible pain, all suffered in vain.
goddamn, fucking RECOMMENDED.
the perfect antidote to Juno, which I thought was okay in places but way too smarmy, and an even WORSE ending than High Tension
NO SPOILERS! but goddamn, that scene was so fucking great, dude.
we need to spread the word about this shiznatch. I feel bad the Weinsteins put it direct to DVD rather than theaters, but holy shit this NEEDS. TO. BE. SEEN. BY. ANYONE. INTERESTED. IN. HORROR. FILM. TECHNIQUE!
I wholeheartedly concur. I've already told a handful of people to watch it and expect a hand-written synopsis of it on my desk by 9:00 AM on Monday morning. Otherwise I'm issuing some fucking warnings.
i love dario argento. and i especially love asia argento. oh yes.

did you ever see that movie The Keeper with her and Dennis Hopper? i've been meaning to check it out, i just don't because it could be a waste of time.
i havent seen it, but i just looked it up. it seems like an interesting watch. ya never know though, dennis hoppers been making shitty movies for the last few years. minus land of the dead. i liked that. but he was in the 4th crow movie. christ that was fucking awful.
just picked up Inside today. gonna try and squeeze it in before the Celts game.

I've just got a burned copy of Inside but I plan on getting the actual version.
So far, my "to buy" list for movies is:
Inside,
Eaten Alive(florida redneck feeding hookers to a giant alligator)
Tetsuo The Iron Man
Begotten(a film depicting the word "torment")
Lost Highway(uncut)
Edmond(think modern Falling Down)
Blood Diner(gore spectacular)
Amazing Planet(late 70s animated mind fuck)
And the original Hairspray
