is this still happening? Rox's is so up in the air i have no idea what is still going and what has been cancelled.

my sister's band is supposed to be playing their final show there on saturday and it's their general consensus that the show is going to be cancelled

millbury had an all ages venue when i first moved there like 13 years ago and it got shut down after like 2 months for similar reasons, i believe(the town bulling all sorts of bullshit in terms of licensing and permits and such)

i've been hearing that the building inspector just wont pass the building no matter what they do. stupid ass hickville Oxford.

judging by the bulletins rox's incessantly post, the town building inspector has been on vacation for 4 and 1/2 years

just saw the bulletin saying the shows aint happening this weekend. Sucks,that was gonna be an awesome show but i really couldnt afford to take off two weekends of work in a row any way

i knew this show wouldn't happen. rox's should just stop booking shows altogether until things get resolved. booking then cancelling every week is fucking stupid.
