New site? Maybe some day.

Wicked sad. That was the coolest place. |
I was there twice.
DHR showcase in 97 or 98 and then LOG in 2002 |
That sucks...I never got the chance to play there! Just saw one show on new years '02. |
I screamed on that stage, life is complete. |
I finally went for the first time a few months ago. It was a real cool venue and all but the experience was kind of soured for me. In between bands I'd hang outside and watch crowd after crowd of yuppies pose with random punk looking kids outside the club and drop $50 at a time on t-shirts and other random merch. I'm not big on stuff like that. In my eyes bands make venues great, not the other way around. |
You can't say seeing those walls wasn't surreal though. We went in before anyone was there and it was so crazy walking around there and thinking about all the shit that happened/began there. |

new york city, nyc, pretty mean when it wants to be |
it was always a dream of mine to play at CB's. Too bad it'll never happen now. |
