I think this is a new guy, that other guy "The Pig" Brusca was arrested years ago.

the feds started surveying his barn, someone was arrested and that's what lead them on to where he was, but they had to actually prove it was him there. so they kept watching for a month, everyday the dude would send his laundry to his wife in the town, the feds would watch it and noticed that like a dozen different runners would trade it around the town before bringing it to the barn. then i guess they saw the dudes hand and that's all they needed.
