just practice tattooing your dick till you get real good and then when people ask to see a certificate pull out you wang and yell certify this bitch.

you need to get an apprenticeship somewhere, and ussually no one will take you under their wing unless you pay them a LARGE sum of money. the way they see it is that if you get certified, then you could open up a shop thats in competition with theirs. My brother was gonna get an apprenticeship with this dirt bag shitty tattoo parlor, and the dude wanted like $5000.00
