Regarding the Bearcat...why not? If it saves an Officers life...why not? In the event of a school shooting, we can load kids into it and evacuate them safely away from the scene...why not? If we can enter a shooting scene and load up a wounded citizen, protecting ourselves and the citizen at the same time...why not?

I don't see the disadvantages, dude. Most Bearcats are bought with Federal grants. It's free to the city...again, why not?
