I am not hip so I dont know how all the venues work, what is dyi and what isnt and who pays what to do what. I have a normal life outside of music and when I feel like playing out I play where the music goes down, regardless of what is hip and what aint. I dont have time to spend my days looking up the history and background story of venues, maybe you do. I plaqy for the music and not for the venue and especially not for any scene as you can see. We have played for 10 years now and we aint a crowd pleaser. You are just fucking jealous that we are going to sign to avantgard and your still worrying about venues. Grow up. We have had a lot of cool guests and band members work with us and have pressed cds, those are things that are more important to us than worrying about police, venues and gas chambers.

ron i hope this is not direceted towards me in any way. i am merly looking out for you because not olny is this play not popular with the good people at the gas chamber i know for a fact that people involved with running FETE are know around providence to be birdge burners and shady people. and not just from "smelly crust punks" like my self my father who has been in the providence music scene for almost 40 years knows some of theses scum fucks. there is more to this hole FUCK FETE thing than its just trendy and hip. do your homework bud. and keep in mind ron im a friend looking out for you and yours.
