The catch is that it takes 48 hours to approve your registration for the site. You keep a resume on file there that you use to apply to jobs... that also takes multiple days to be approved after uploading it. Every single job requires a cover letter, which has to be uploaded and again takes multiple days to be approved. I uploaded a resume and a cover on Monday. It's almost noon on Thursday and neither have been approved. What is there to approve about it? The fact that I have a school email proves that I'm not a spambot. Are they checking my grammar?
