Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Meatball subs, Baked Ziti, or my own favorite - standing next to the microwave at 3 a.m., stoned, munching on sausages. I have one of those little vacuum sealer machines. I pack the sausage and meatballs 4 per bag and seal them. Then I keep a couple days worth thawed and freeze the rest.
