Not Impressed - Rex Ryan to the Jets. Ryan is always touted as this football mastermind. Has anyone pointed out that Ryan had Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Terell Suggs, Bart Scott, and Samari Rolle to work with in Baltimore? Or that almost all of Baltimore's resources went to building their defense? How is he going to turn around a team with a weak linebacking corp, and that is content to sign guys like Brett Favre.

Impressed - Tully Banta Cain to the Patriots. Intelligent talented linebacker under 30 that already knows Belichick's system. For all the criticisms going into last season the Pats linebackers got younger in a hurry.

Not Impressed - The Cardinals not re-signing Kurt Warner. This is the reason why teams like the Cardinals end up as the Colorado Rockies of football.
