Weed only intoxicates you if you smoke more than reasonable amount. If you're smoking to get intoxicated, you're a moron. There are so many other qualities in weed that allow you to be more philosophical and creative than you ever could sober. I dont think using this drug would affect parental skills at all, and in fact, I believe it could allow someone to be a BETTER parent by facilitating the understanding of other points of view.
