I think it's just metallic ink. Impaled has it in their Death After Life shirts, but there's other colors in it as well, and the gold is pretty minimal... which is why I didn't post a picture.

As for the cenotype I have no idea, I don't print shirts, but I'm sure you could ask a few companies and find out if you're really interested.
