Sure it does. Doesn't the kkk have the right to say what they say about blacks? How about them assholes from godhatesfags.com and the crap they stage at U.S. soldiers funerals? What about NAMBLA who writes about how to touch kids and get away with it? Free Speech protects these sub human vermin to say what they say even though I (along with, I hope, many of you here) vehemently disagree with to the point of disgust.
