Burzum made a huge impact on metal music as a whole with Filosofem, I don't think it had anything to do with Black Metal overall though. Just an amazing album to wich all mood setting bands are compared to. Best album of it's time for me anyway! You can't touch the mood the album presents. Honestly, a few bands came close to that mood, Manes was one of them, and to an extent CNV did. \m/
