the Hollerith D-11 was a sorting and organizational machine which utilized custom applications tailored for the Nazi movement by IBM itself to aggregate census info (supply them with names of Jews). So, it was a bit more than a calculator. I think there is no point in arguing the minute details of that person's statement, for the overall message was that IBM helped the Nazis for profit, rather than whether the device could be qualified as a computer as compared to today's modern PC.
