Also, technically under the UN charter the war is "illegal", and basically "terrorism" But oh yeah, the UN is irrelevent except when it suits the goals of the zionists (ie Lebanon has to disarm militias but fuck res242) in power. Sure you can make the argument that an international organization or radical muslims are bent on overthrowing us and therefore any muslim that gets in our way is a legitimate target, but were that the case, then hitler would be justified in acting out against the jews as a proactive defense to the jewish world council's declaration of "holy war" on germany, saddam in killing dissidents behind assassination attempts, and any wacko paranoiac with a gun would be justified in killing everyone who he (rightly or wrongly) perceived as a threat to him. All situations the antagonist (and others) perceives themself as being justified out of self preservation but as they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions. If you think having more might makes the US justified in all ways, you really ought to be supporting hussein or bin laden or someone who actually ideologically agrees with you that might makes right and reflexively patriotically supporting a country that's supposed to be about intellect, freedom, liberty, and autonomy yet acts the same as what it decries as fascists and terrorists. In both cases there is a complete lack of moral regard for life and rights, regardless of blatantly transparent claims of the one that nobody not wholly indoctinated actually believes...
