yeah, this is completely ridiculous. It's a humans right to fuck. And if they're going to have an abstinence program, they should have a stop all dad's from raping and impregnating their 9 year olds program. I think thats a much bigger subject. About the troops, most of them have armor it's just low grade and really not all that bullet proof. This is because the lack of funding. The government is giving them shitty downgraded body armor and making them believe it's fine so that they will be confident in battle.

This whole country is just getting fucked up. I'm not an anarchist or anything but when do the people draw the fucking line.
