Man, sometimes in the mountains it can be FREEEKY, and I'm not even going to talk about Poland. driving in hawaii is often very similar...basically you have to beep your horn around the corner because crazy locals drive down narrow cliffside roads at blazing speeds while other cars are coming the opposite around the corner. If you beep there's a chance the locals will react and give a little room on the road.
