I don't know...I'd get the joke in a metal context. If someone said the same thing at MDF about death metal if you take that as a jab at the genre, you are not bright.

Get it...they had just listened to a lot of hardcore. Elton John's not hardcore...oh my god, harmless joke turned into throwing chairs, nevermind it totally makes sense now.
