They promise 10-12 days from the day the art/sample is approved, which takes a few days to process. I am planning on getting these back by april 15th one week before the fest, which is a tight deadline. If i go with New England CD i can pick up the final product myself in salem NH to avoid shipping fees/delays. If i go with DGR,Inc. i have to deal with shipping fees and delays to and from marietta, GA.
