I think this thread is a perfect example of why. Today's metal attracts do-gooding, law-abiding faggots like Mr. Angel. The metal I grew up on attracted losers, misfits, troublemakers, assholes, scumbags, and total misanthropes. That's the way metal should be. Little kids who get their ass kicked outside the Webster Theater is not a scene I want to be in.
