Hooker seems to be one of the few others in this thread with an ounce of intelligence.

I ran almost all of these nights and I personally never saw any of this. It is also to be said that I am also not denying that it went on either... not that I am condoning anyones actions but I ask this why is it not ok for some people to salute each other in this fashion? It is because of the racist history that all our collective memories serve up. Here is another question why is it then ok for the Czolgosz or NEFAC to use the red star or the hammer and sickle as logos? Aren’t these symbols just as offensive to the millions who also died as a result of soviet revolutions in Russia and other eastern bloc countries? Did we forget the mass extermination of Georgians and Albanians at the hands of communist lead revolts?
